Background
Stubios launched on mobile web, while its target audience primarily consumed content on larger screens.
Tubi’s viewing data showed strong TV and desktop usage, highlighting an opportunity to extend the Stubios experience beyond mobile.

Problem
Desktop visitors had to switch to their phones before they could use Stubios.
A QR-code splash screen redirected users to mobile, interrupting their experience. Simply enlarging the mobile interface also created awkward spacing, weak hierarchy, and inefficient use of desktop space.

Solution
Created a modular design system that could adapt to different screen sizes.
Reusable components, color tokens, typography, and spacing rules established a shared foundation. A responsive grid and flexible component behavior supported layouts designed around desktop interactions.

Final Design
The system brought consistency to key desktop pages and clarity to developer handoff.
I applied it to the landing page, creator profiles, and Greenlight pages. Component variants, specifications, and annotations gave engineers clear implementation guidance.

Impact
Reusable components and clearer documentation reduced the time needed for developer collaboration.
The shared library also established a consistent foundation for future feature updates and product expansion.
